If we are talking about the products I'd give 5 stars without a doubt. High standard quality, beautiful plants and vases, classy and they arrived quite in good conditions despite the loooong travel journey.The problem with my order was the timing. Plnts .com website claims to ship on the same day for orders placed before 12 am. However, my order was dispatched 8 business days after the payment which is not good and in conflict with their claim of fast delivery.The drama also was enhanced once they passed the order to the courier....Bartolini changed the delivery date twice with short notice and a week end in the middle. Long story short, I received the products after 17 days but luckily enough the plants were not much damaged.I wrote the customer services both through chat and emails but they were of not help at all!!So, would I buy again from them? Yes for the quality, not for the logistic and delivery.
I ordered plants as part of a moving away gift for a friend on the 8th and told that I would receive my plants on the 13th. On the 15th I emailed asking where my plants were and it turned out it got 'stuck in processing' and that they finally processed my order. EVRI sent me an email on the 17th saying they were expecting it within 48hrs and now it is the 19th and they still don't even have my plants to ship.I needed these plants before the 24th and now I am unsure if I will even get them in time and as the friend is moving away I have literally no need for these plants which I can't even return. It takes so long for customer service to get back to you and the process of sending the plants seems to be so weird if things can get stuck at stages in the process. I don't think there should be a date given for when you can expect your order as I ordered way ahead of time and due to circumstances out of my control I now look like a cheapskate. I can't even refund so I can go and spend money somewhere else and get my plants on time. Horrible experience.
I bought a gift voucher and I was very disapointed that no online format was available; the only option is plastic card sent by post mail and I had to pay for high transportation fee to get it deliver (same as if I would have bought a plant!). Not eco-friendly and a waste of money for everyone.
The order processing was very good. The two plants delivered were of poor quality and looked more like leftover stock. Several leaves on both plants (snake plants) had old damage/tears. Some of them were broken. A complaint with photos has remained unanswered to this day. Very unfortunate.
