Used to be perfect but last two orders I placed were damaged. Expensive/big plants not packed with extra care anymore. Mine was broken by the mandatory heatpack which was dumped into its foliage and... cold) Also, bad shipment communication (received the confirmation after receiving 2/3rds of the order).Good customer service tho, but would be nice not to need it at all.Would have recommend in the past (reason why 3 stars), waiting to see if it gets better.
I ordered two plants, two small pots and paid additionally for heat packs because of the current weather.The heat pack was ice cold when it arrived, most likely because the package arrived 1-2 days later than planned.The used packing is definitly not working for such plants.One plant is not existing anymore and the other is so badly damaged and ugly that it is not more than organic waste.So I asked Plnts for a full refund and a stamp to send the pots back.What I received as an offer from Plnts made me speachless. Here is what I got: "I'd like to offer you a full refund for both plants in the form of a discount code (excluding shipping costs and sales)."Very unpleasant and frustrating experience - definitly never again.Recomendation to Plnts: You should work on your service and customer support. Damages while transportation can happen, but your reaction after my disappointing experience, the pictures that I sent and additional work that I now have is unbelievable.
I wouldn't even give one star if I could! I ordered two plants and two terracotta pots. One plant even had a torn leaf, and one pot arrived broken. After waiting forever, I finally got a reply saying they couldn't send me the replacement pot and that I should order it myself using a code – where exactly is the savings on packaging material? Zero customer service! So, out of a sense of responsibility, I ordered two more pots and the "broken" one. When the order arrived, the original pot was missing. They only offered me a voucher, and I'm stuck with the shipping costs, even though it wasn't my fault! Absolutely outrageous, unfriendly service – never again!
I ordered 4 baby plants and a mature one.Plants were well packed with a heat pack but my baby monstera had a lot of browning and another baby plant was infested with fungus gnats and is currently quarantined to not infect my 20+ other plants, as I had once an infestation and it was a pain to get rid of it. The rest of the plants were in good shape. I'm not super pleased because those were expensive plants, and those issues are not shipping issues but direct issues of the nursery.
