New car is really nice……5star…… but…

New car is really nice……5star…… but they lose a star at Audi Poole because they keep you waiting so long…..it’s like they think they are the only ones with stuff to do…..waits of 20 to 30 mins when picking up or dropping off car.They lose another star because of the ridiculous price of Audi accessories….£160 for a rubber boot mat !! £450 for an Audi dashcam when the best buy in Which is a little over £100!!!!

Superior Customer Service

I had a superb experience with Poole Audi, I dealt with Jordan who headed up used car sales and then Daniel Worsdell who we had the majority of dealings with. Both were absolutely fantastic at their job roles. Jordan found us the perfect car when we didnt think we would be able to have that particular upgraded version. Daniel was so knowledgeable and patient and friendly. Aftercare has been top notch. by far the best dealership I have been to and will return for our next car!
