Everything about this dealership at Poole was first class . From the minute we decided to purchase our two cars RS3 and S3 right through to collecting them was faultless. Laura was fantastic ! She guided us through the whole process with such ease , cannot fault her . The moment you enter the showroom you have immediate attention. Friendly staff who quite honestly cannot do enough . Well done Poole Audi , we have only just purchased the two new cars but wouldn’t hesitate to come back to you guys when the time comes again. BRILLIANT 🤩

When a booking is not a booking...

3rd attempt to resolve a brake warning light issue. I had a message confirming the workshop booking & car collection. Having not heard about the collection time the day prior I contacted Audi. Despite them beng able to see the WhatsApp confirmation there wasn't a booking in their system. Communication then got difficult with Audi Poole, I had to chase to get an update (although those initially answering my calls were professional and tried their best) my finally the car was collected at 1pm. No booking meant no engineer available to work on my car. A manager did eventually call to apologise and advise me of the next fix they were going to try. Since my initial enquiry & purchase I have generally been impressed with the service from Poole Audi. At times though the complexity of their organisation structure and processes seems to get in the way of customer satisfaction. Hopefully they will learn and improve service following issues like I experienced.

Only had a slow puncture in my Q2 but…

Only had a slow puncture in my Q2 but phoned first thing in morning, bring car in ASAP and I was treated like royalty. Complimentary taxi home and back later that day to collect the car as I didn’t have a scheduled appointment or anyone to give me a lift. Coffee and biscuits in abundance. On collecting my car it had been valeted, a nail removed from offending tyre and only a repair needed - Total bill £25! A M A Z I N G service by the Poole Audi team thank you!

We had a great experience at Poole Audi. The staff were so accommodating in helping us make our choice on the right car for us. Cameron was so knowledgeable. We would definitely return to buy a car here again.

What a great team you have at Poole…

What a great team you have at Poole Audi.From are initial meet with Jordan on to Ivan who closed the deal and Sam the manager who sorted out the wrinkles and through in a sweetener. The front of house that we did not get there names were very welcoming with tea's and coffee. Thanks guys we will be back.

Poole Audi 10/10

Poole Audi service team are excellent, I used to live in Dorset now Lincolnshire and I take my A8 back for its first service and they look after the car and me.Nothing is to much for the team, lovely loan car and replaced my drivers mirror complete and service 10/10 .My local dealer is less than ten miles away I drive two hundred miles to Poole because they care about my car and I trust them explicitly.Thank you Poole Audi

Car was not as clean as you would…

Car was not as clean as you would expect it to be upon delivery (specifically inside) even considering it was second hand. Petrol light was also on upon delivery. Sales rep did reimburse me for some petrol though so that was appreciated. Very much felt like getting the sale was vitally important, sales rep suggested a 5 star review would be appreciated. It was not a 5 star service. Generally ok but could have been better. I have dealt with other Audi garages numerous times over the years and all were better than Poole Audi.

Highly recommend Poole Audi

I have bought quite a few cars from Poole Audi over the last 20+ years for both private and business use and there is a reason I keep returning. I have always received excellent service and friendly, professional advice which makes the whole process of buying a new car so much better. I have also bought some cars from a competitor brand recently so have direct comparisons, and Poole Audi are head and shoulders above them.This is not just when buying cars either. My daughter had quite a big gearbox issue with her Q3 recently which was just out of warranty and this was dealt with in a quick and very fair way.Most recently I have dealt with Cameron in sales who has been brilliant for the purchase of a new A3, and Q6 which i am about to take delivery of. Cameron has been a genuine pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable, professional and every enthusiastic which is infectious and helps when let’s face it, you’re parting with a lot of money. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Poole Audi.
