Had a problem with screens going blank . Called at 9.30pm all sorted by 11am. Many thanks to Mr |Field. He was amazing. Sorted out my problem same day in 1 hr. Amazing Customer Service. Nothing is too much trouble. Also thanks to the reception team.
Purchased a 73 Plate Audi A4 from Poole Audi. Happy with the car. I dealt with Laurent Reynolds on sales negotiations and Sam Forrester when taking delivery. Everything went really smoothly and I am happy with the after care service.
Nearly £2000 on issue to be resolved last year and now it’s back. KWIK FIT £90 same issue resolved. Wouldn’t ever touch you again. The car is a couple of years old and even purchased from you. Disgusting. It saddens me you can get away with this
Being mature enough not to hold a grudge against Poole Audi, I saw a car there and paid a deposit. The salesperson Laurent Reynolds did his best to enable me to buy the car, not aware of my past history with them until I mentioned it, just before I was about to pay the balance and collect the car.When he called, I was told that I was persona non grata there, and they were not to sell me a car. I made the choice of asking for my cash back and sadly cancelling the sale. It shows that Poole Audi had instructions not to sell me a car again because I gave them, and rightly so, a one star rating. This rating does not reflect on the efforts of Laurent Reynolds who was great to deal with. Unfortunately the company are not, however, they can put things right by allowing me to buy the car if Mr Elms sanctions it. All it takes is a call/text/email and I can pay in full, cash. No hard feelings and my review will reflect this when/if I hear from them.Update 8pm 7 Jan: Nothing heard from Poole Audi and they have sold the car since this review. Disappointed but not surprised as they never wanted to sell to me.

I booked my A4 in for an MOT the week before Christmas. While the car was at Poole Audi I had an accident at home and fractured my arm . As I was unable to collect the car at the scheduled time , I called the team there and asked if they could deliver the car to me the next day . The response I received was wonderful, customer focused and extremely helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them . I have been taking my car to Poole Audi for nearly 5 years now , I have always been received by efficient, professional and helpful staff , it’s always been a good experience and I come away feeling like a valued customer.
