Delivery of an Audi A3

I had a fairly clear idea of what I wanted so I suppose no ‘hard sell’ was required but I found the Poole Audi Centre to be clean, modern and professional in its approach to the motor trade. The staff helped me to complete all the necessary ‘paperwork’ (actually conducted paperlesly) to purchase my new car. An exciting touch was to find the car covered in a white cover with a big red bow and accompanied with a bottle of wine when I went to collect it. I was pleased to discover it had been fully prepared, cleaned and fuelled ready for the road.I had to return a little later for help with the Audi app and again the dedicated IT and app specialist soon sorted me out and I’ve had no further problems. Overall I found The Poole Audi Centre to be a quality motor centre worthy of its association with a quality motoring marque like Audi.

Shockingly Bad Customer Experience

I decided to make a day of test driving a number of cars and booked in with local car dealers in advance.I called Poole Audi and made an appointment with a sales rep for 2pm on 3.7.24 to drive a specific car.I received a video of the car from the sales person and it all looked great.However, there’s were the greatness ended!I arrived 5 minutes before the appointment, walked up to reception and asked for the sales person.After a 10 minute wait another sales person came out and said the original one was not free.He asked me what did I want out of the appointment and I said I wanted to test drive the car I booked to test drive.After taking some details from me the sales representative told me the car I intended to test drive had been sold!The sales rep kept leaving me to go and talk to his “manager” time and time gain whilst I was in the showroom twiddling my thumbs.Whilst sat at the desk, twiddling my thumbs, I overheard the sales people pushing their sales patter to a really old and vulnerable person. In my opinion, this was absolutely despicable as the old person seemed confused but the sales person was reassuring them by offering another product.After 50 minutes of getting absolutely nowhere I advised the sales person that I don’t think we’re going to progress anything and thanked him for making my decision really easy for my next car i.e. IT WILL NOT BE AN AUDI!I really do hope that my review gets noticed by the principal / boss of Poole Audi and whilst it wont affect me now as I wont touch Audi it may help some of our more vulnerable people buying products that they really don’t need!

Excellent service

I recently took my 2011 TT in for a replacement central brake light. I was well looked after from arrival ’til departure. I opted to wait for the car as it was a small repair and was pampered with an initial coffee and offers of subsequent drinks. Your dealership has copious amounts of space and good Wifi so I was able to work happily whilst waiting.Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and a credit to the company. Bearing in mind I have an aging TT I don’t think I could have been better looked after even if I’d just picked up a new R8 GT. The final bill was very reasonable too!

Was always made to feel very welcome by all in reception and sales.The purchase went pretty smoothlyand I am delighted with the car.Felt slightly intimidated by the sheer size of the dealership on first visit but made to feel at home very quickly.

Great experience

I purchased an Audi Q5 from Poole Audi and I must say it has been a great experience so far. From initial enquiry to purchase, Daniel Worsdell has been fantastic, nothing was too much for him to do. Communication was fantastic and he checked several times after the purchase to make sure everything was fine. Would definitely recommend and buy from Poole Audi again.

I would not hesitate to recommend Poole Audi to other potential Audi Owners!

I purchased my brand new Audi Q3 Sportback from Poole Audi and collected it on 6th June 2024. The sale was managed by Sam Forrester and I must say that it was conducted in a very professional manner. I was given a very fair price for the vehicle I used in part exchange and was pleased with the price of the Q3 Sportback. Sam was very knowledgeable about the the Q3 and gave me a very comprehensive briefing on all aspects of the car. He even ensured that my iPhone was correctly paired with the Q3 so that I could set up the Sat Nav, Apple Car Play etc. I would also like to take this opportunity to say how impressed I was with the Reception Team at Poole Audi. When I telephoned I was rarely kept waiting and when they said they would get the person to phone me back it happened!I am thrilled with the Q3. I have yet to complete 500 miles in the car but I must say the service I received from Poole Audi was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend the company to other potential Audi customers.

Our Audi purchase from Audi Poole

Our experience was just amazing from start to finish. Agreed to purchase an Audi TT over the phone. Daniel sent all information and even a walk round Video.Collection was arranged for the following week . The handover was so professional with controls etc all being explained. We drove back the 200 miles home totally faultless. We are so pleased with our purchase all thanks to Daniel. Know enjoying our Audi.
