We had seen the vehicle my wife wanted online at Poole Audi, we rang them to put a deposit down as we were away at the time and don’t even live near Poole, but it was the right vehicle. From the initial call to collecting the vehicle, and the follow,up communication, everything was perfect. Our salesman was Cameron who couldn’t do enough for us.
The A3 looked amazing until I drove away, then faults appeared within 500 yards. Front speakers not working then a bad suspension noise in the rear, obviously not checked. After checking the underside for the noise I found up to 2 inches of mud covering everything underneath, looks like it's been dragged out of a mud pond & Poole Audi refuse to remove it all.since then more faults have appeared.Very unhappy after spending over 20K.

From start to end our whole experience with Audi Poole has been fantastic and really enjoyable! At the beginning we had Jordan F who was very personable, friendly, open and considerate of our needs / wants to pair us with our new car. At no point did we feel pressured during the negotiations or felt stupid asking questions he was just very keen to help and make sure we continued to have a great experience. During negotiations Jordan did also bring in Daniel W who was equally as friendly & helpful (if not more so as afterwards I had many more questions about swapping over personalised reg plates) he’s been very transparent in communications and clear in what I need to provide at all times which is helpful. Also my “new” car pick up day was made special with the ability to reveal my car and Daniel did a thorough run through of all buttons / settings within the car before I left the dealership. He has also since kept in touch via email to make sure I am enjoying the car or checking in if I had any further questions. Throughout the whole process we’ve felt supported as we were guided through the car buying process. Both are an asset to the team! In general the customer service across the Poole dealership inc. the staff at reception have been polite and made us feel valued at all times - thank you!
I purchased an ex demo a4 avant. I dealt with Roddy Mcintyre and had a really positive experience from the video walk through of the vehicle, to agreeing to purchased without viewing, and then test driving and collection. Very highly rated approach from roddy and a professional dealership all round.
