Shocking customer service. New Audi A3 Hybrid booked in for a complete lack of heating while in electric mode. Fix should have been 2 days, 10 days later problem not resolved. No replacement vehicle, Audi technical very slow to offer resolution. Communication with Audi Poole and Audi UK has been very sadly lacking. This is my third new Audi, but I’m afraid never again. As a good customer, I’m not valued at all. Sad, but Audi need to get their house in order.
