Superb service from Matt, Lucy and the team at Poole Audi made purchasing our new car an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Couldn't recommend them strongly enough to anyone looking to buy a new car.
Failed again.Car booked in for a MOT on 4th March, which thankfully it passed. The customer service was excellent with frequent cups of hot chocolate.We were shown a video made by the technician of a chirping bird like noise from the radiator area. After some discssion it was agreed that our customer service lady would contact us to arrange a suitable date to have this investigated. This has not yet happened. However the noise has now stopped so it is not a problem.
I recently purchased my Audi Q3 and received outstanding service from Luke Stacey. From start to finish-he was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Even though he had a very busy diary, we never felt rushed at any point.Luke took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we were completely happy with the car before we left.
