To whom it may concern, my husband just placed an order from you guy over $100 worth of Funko pops and only 1 came in good shape. You guys don’t have any way of contact your company with concerns after spending a ton of money. After much research I see that you guys DO NOT HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION on you shipping and many many customers have reported you guys to the BBB as so will I. Plus give you a REALLY BAD REVIEW. Why be in the Funko Pop business with you have can careless about your boxes integrity? I will be contacting whoever I need to u til we get a FULL REFUND. Everyone I’ve asked about “Pop in a Broken Box” has told me they same thing about what a horrible experience.You guys literally put one piece of wrapping paper inside which comes to show how much you care about your products integrity.
Over Christmas I refunded and stopped buying from you guys because it was delayed till like Feb or something like 4 months after purchase date. Now something that's in-stock and paid for on the 3rd still hasn't been delivered or even picked up by the curioir. This is shocking service... Should take at least 3-4 days max........
I have never known such a corrupt company in all of my life!I have never bothered to write a review in my life but this is single handedly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am actually unsure whether this company is legit or a scam based on the varying reviews. I had several orders on the go - some from late 2020. However, many POPS! were nearly 2 years delayed with no updates given. Therefore, I attempted to cancel 4 separate orders in February 2022. I was told that the cancellation process wasn't working and this will be "raised with the finance team" (a phrase used on several occasions over the upcoming months). I have been reassured on SIX!! separate occasions that my refund has been processed and I should receive my money in 3-5 working days. Here we are now, nearly 4 months later and I have not received all of my money back. I have honestly never known anything like it and am sick of receiving the same generic response "I have raised this to the finance team to look into this further for you." every time I query where my money is! Appalling that it has taken nearly 4 months to receive a refund, especially when the reason for me cancelling my orders is because they were over 1 year delayed. Next step will be to contact the citizens advice bureau for advice on how I can escalate this further.Honestly, avoid this company at all costs. It is really not worth the time and hassle.
I had previously ordered One Piece Tony Tony Chopper Funko Pop intended for my friend's birthday gift in June 2020. It has since been 2 years without receiving the order AND without update, reply nor compensation.Horrible customer service - they'll scam you of your money.
