Review Time
Ordered a preorder item in January 2021. It is now may 2022. No item, no updates. I constantly have to send them messages and they say it’s coming. Is it though? Just keep leaving me hanging. I was told September 2021 when I first asked. I don’t really feel like they care
Placed an order, never advised of delays just wasn't sent out. I would continually message them and would get the same cut and paste response concerning the times they ship once they get the order.After 8 months of no item I cancelled the order but no refund.Do not use this company
Good offers on the site. However, many items were sold out with no indication of if stock would be expected any time soon. There was an offer of five figures for £30 which had a really good selection included. However, it was disappointing that the only figure my nephew wants is not available on Pop in a Box so had to purchase this elsewhere.
