Ok prices + delivery, but unreliable

Decent prices and ok delivering older, less popular funko pops, but they repeatedly take pre-orders then don't deliver on newer ones we've ordered.In their defense, they didn't charge for the ones they could get, but if they were more organised in their ordering it shouldn't happen.

No contact - cancelled my pre order

I pre-ordered the Wanda Endgame exclusive. It has been pushed back multiple times, with no-one keeping me in the loop. I just got an email telling me new Pops had arrived. It was the one I had pre-ordered now in stock. But on my account my order was cancelled (not by me) and I was never informed. If not for random chance I would have missed out on this pop. Shame, since before now I have had nothing but good experiences.

I ordered a Walking Dead Daryl figure in October 2020. Never came despite me trying to chase it up. Today (April 2022) I got an email to say this figure is no longer available so won’t be dispatched. I have emailed their customer service to advise them after 18 months I had figured out it wasn’t going to come…
