DO NOT ORDER FROM. Have waited nearly 2 years for 3 preorders. Have got in contact with customer service multiple times and you either get a automated email or talk to the live chat which they have no idea either. Just say they have no information regarding when the stock will come. It was preorder for a reason or when you are meant to get an email you hear nothing. Ridiculous how they can take the money from your account but not have any intentions of delivering the items you have PAID for.
There have been so many issues with this company over the year.Pre-orders never arrive and always have to cancel and go with another company.I have a monthly subscription for two pop vinyls a month. Seems simple enough. However, there is always an issue with your card, or something is now not in stock.Recent one, monthly subscription being sent out. Great, it’s on time. Only to receive an email stating my refund request has been accepted and they had received my return?!? Mix up with couriers apparently, so nothing to be received this month. Then check the refund and it is less than I paid.Customer service non existent and just want to close the case without resolving it
Awful service. Pre ordered powerpuff girls,kakashi,todoroki,naruto and months passed, I sent messages to be told there's a delay and to wait a little longer. More time passed and I finally caved and requested a refund yesterday. Why offer pre order when you won't fulfil the orders? Its pre order to see how much interest there is and together adequate orders fulfilled. I won't use this service again and I DO NOT RECCOMEND. The ones I was after are now sold out in most places. Avid collectors I would avoid this place. Truly a terrible business.
