Review Time
I ordered 5 or 6 pops April 2021. It is now April 2022. And I never received any of them. I had messaged customer service multiple times and they just kept telling me to wait. I had waited so long that I forgot I even placed an order with them and today they finally wanted to send me one of the pops I ordered and my card had expired. Good thing too because it reminded me to cancel my order. I don’t know what game Pop in a Box is playing but they obviously don’t know how to run a business. You can’t sell things you don’t have. Only two if those pops were pre-order. The rest were in-stock when I bought them so why were they never sent? Going to the BB with this one. No one should let these guys continue this business.
I have ordered a few my hero academia pops for my daughter. Most were per-orders and not one was shipped on the advised date. First batch ordered March 21 and arrived October (with 5 emails later). Did not contact me to advise of a delay, feel if i hadn't hounded their customer service they would have never been sent. Pre-ordered another 2, got the first one after a month or so and when the 2nd one arrived over a month after release & was the wrong pop. Had hassle of posting back for a refund as they were out of stock. Seem to take pre-orders without the stock to fulfill their orders. No apology, no compensation, and a very disappointed daughter. I gave a bad review and they didn't post it either on their site.If you are in the uk, even though the site is .co.uk the orders are shipped from the USA. Really bad service all round, will not be buying from them again.
If i could put zero stars i would, do not ever buy from this site, customer service is absolutely rubbish and your orders never arrive neither on time or at all. I have been waiting for a few funkos for nearly a full year and they stole £15 from my account without my permission, at first i thought maybe it was an order that's meant to arrive soon but it obviously wasn't, ive sent so many messages and tried to communicate with customer service many times and had messages back but nothing ever got sorted, i am still waiting since the start of the year and waiting for my funko order since july last year.
