HORRIBLE! I ordered the a black Panther Funko Pop as a gift for my friend in 2019. The item was meant to be released and dispatched February 2020. I have messaged them multiple times saying if the item isn’t going to be sent then I’d like to cancel but they would always say we don’t have it in stock. When it’s in stock we will send it off. It’s currently 2022 and the item still hasn’t been sent and now I said I want a refund they keep calling me a liar and telling me the money was never took from the account. They wanted evidence, I gave them the evidence it was and so they apologised and said would give me a refund. TODAY, they are saying that money was never took from the account again. I gave them solid evidence that it was. They’ve also cancelled my order without giving me a refund now. HOW DISGUSTING
I pre-ordered A Biggie PoP last year and got an email that said it would be in on 28/01/2022 after it was originally was supposedto be deliveredlast year. It is now 11/02/2022 and have not received tracking #s nor a solution to my issues.
