Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, bottom line, don't buy from them. I bought three pops I a deal in early November 2021...the first one came on Christmas eve. The second one, after two emails, arrived the end of January. The third one is out of stock. So why sell it if its out of stock!?!? They've had my money for over two months and don't bother to send the last pop. I've messaged five times...I've either recieved the standard "your pop will be with you as soon as we can sort it" bull or I have been lied to saying someone was "bitterly disappointed that I had been having such a troublesome time and it's not up to their standards, please let us send you a free pop to apologise, just choose which one you want and the address and we will send it"....for them to not do that, completely ignore the returned message, and then when they did reply just said thank you, glad we have sorted your query, nothing more about a free pop! Liars, money taking scam artists. After reading all the other reviews I wish I had done that first. Bottom line, please avoid these like the plague.

DO NOT PRE-ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I pre-ordered the Ace of Spades Funko in Feb 2021. Throughout 2021 I sent several messages enquiring about my order and why it was taking so long; they responded each time that they couldn’t get stock from their suppliers. If this was the case then I shouldn’t of been able to ‘pre-order’ it.Come January I decided to cancel the order as it was taking far too long to arrive but my cancellation failed with no explanation. I had to talk to someone on their live chat and jump through several hoops just to get it cancelled. I was then informed that I would not get a refund as they claimed that they hadn’t taken any money from my account. I had to prove that they HAD taken my money and again jump through several hoops.They told me that I would receive a refund in 3-5 working days but 2 weeks and 2 angry messages later, I still didn’t have my money.Last night I threatened to report them to trading standards and today I received my refund however, they only refunded the price of the Funko Pop and not the P&P (which, again, I can prove that I paid).I am so frustrated with this company and their appalling service, I really can’t be bothered to deal with them anymore so I’m bowing out.Learn from my mistake,STAY AWAY!

Disgraceful! 12 months late and still can't receive my item

I placed an order 13 months ago which was supposed to be a valentines day present last year, I still haven't received my order. Today I get a notification from my online banking that money had been taken from my account by popinabox, confused I contacted their custom service team. They said it was for the order that was placed 13 months ago. I have moved address since I placed that order and I was informed that I could not change my delivery address. I then asked how I am supposed to receive my order and they gave me a blunt response, I do not know sorry. This is completely unacceptable that I am not able to change my delivery address on an order, especially when they are a year late delivering my product. Do not use this site. Steer clear. Awful customer service. Products a year late.

FNAF action figures

I spoke to Taylor today to enquire about FNAF Sister Location action figures I am trying to get hold of unfortunately they don't do them. All the help and information I received was excellent and Taylor showed great knowledge about the products available. Today is the first time I've used chat and I'm impressed with the time to be connected to an agent. 5*+ service thanks
