I have always ordered my pops from PIAB, never had a problem but one of my items was missing in my recent order so i contacted them and they back to me straight away, they have sorted it out and are sending a replacement.Very helpful staff and quick to fix any problem that pops up.
I pre-ordered two Paka Paka items in July 2021. I still have not received them. Upon contacting the company, I was sent this generic reply twice:“The dispatch of pre-ordered Pops works on a first-come, first-serve basis, meaning some customers might not get their Pops on the estimated dispatch date, due to stock unavailability simply because other customers pre-ordered before them.”Don’t take pre-orders for stock you know you might not have! This is why companies usually limit pre-order numbers! I was also never contacted about delays, which is terrible customer service. Going now to chance my luck on eBay sellers who actually have stock of these items that were released months ago.
Very quick customer service response, however, orders/pre-orders take far too long to arrive, or end up not being available even when ordered months previously. I am waiting for two more figures to arrive, and doubtful i will order any more in the future. I love the figures that i have got.
