Review Time
Ordered june 2021,orochimaru, was told oct 2021, then Dec 2021, then January 2022, now I’m being told April 2022, then I’m sure they’ll push it to the fall.They refuse to offer anything for the wait time. The company is run by hacks and frauds, blaming “supply issues” when every comic shop in town and box chain has no problem getting dozens of restocks month after month. These frauds are trying to steal peoples money.I already contacted you people this morning that’s when you told me about April so don’t say you’re gonna resolve it now. At this point I want my order cancelled so I can shop with a business that has integrity
This site is basically a scamI am waiting 7 months, 7 MONTHS for 2 pops to arriveNo contact what so ever from the company.One I did order they were "waiting on Stock" and now they are out of Stock yet I havent received the one I preordered in 2021!!Avoid at all costs
Another fine example of customer service, I recently had a package go missing, a replacement was sent no questions asked. some time later it arrived with a bit of damage..(marks to top and bottom of box) I was just happy it arrived! i popped onto the live chat and had a chat with Addy, who rather then just accept the news the package had arrived was willing to offer me a partial refund for the damage. again like I said I was just happy it arrived. I think this is my third review of the CS team. each one has been positive. they really do help PIAB keep customers happy and with the company throughout these times of late pre orders delayed shipping etc
This was my first order from this bunch of cowboys, who are also owned by another bunch of cowboys called the hut group. (Suspect related to jabba the hutt).Was promised, and this formed a contract, of delivery in 2-3 days. THIS WAS A LIE.However it now appears that because of pop in a box incompetence the order is now coming from the other side of the world and going to take 20 days.I ordered purely for a gift for valentines day. But alas this is clearly not going to happen.Based on previous responses to negative reviews on trustpilot pop in a box really do not care about their reviews and have a canned cut and paste response and a preview of what their response will be is below. Pre-ordered 3 pop vinyls In Dec 2021 One turned up as expected in January 2022. Suddenly there was a payment error when PopinaBox tried to take the money for the last 2. (I had no idea they took the payment once ready to ship) Spoke to the online chat, who told me 1 pop was now sold out even after preordering 3 months earlier. So now I have to wait even long for a pop I reserved back in December.
