It's okay at the best but go somewhere else.

I usually never had any troubles with this company but as of recently the delivery companies that they trust are nowhere near as trustworthy as they are supposed to be. I have spent or either wasted a good £98 on Pop's, two separate deliveries, but Hermes/DHL have not delivered my items. I understand delay's but I paid for Next Working Day Delivery but of course Hermes have let me down. I don't think I'll get my pops at all so everyone do yourselves a favour and don't use PIAB if their delivery companies cannot support them in deliveries.

3.5/5 from me.As a first time customer, I ordered a single Funko Pop figure as a gift for a buddy. Dissappointingly, I received the wrong item so had to go through the process of returning the incorrect item and asking for a replacement. The returns process was pretty straightforward and the staff messages helpful and polite but when I followed up on the issue after several days, they had no record of the returned item being received at their warehouse. After providing proof of postage with the Royal Mail tracking of the delivery, a replacement was issued. Thankfully, it is the correct item this time. I'm happy with the way PIAB have resolved this smoothly, and would shop with them again but I'm glad I didn't need it in rush.

Once I get my pops I won't be ordering from them again

I pre-ordered 2 pops in May and the release date was meant to be in November, its 7th of Feb and still not received them or gotten an update of why I haven't received them.These were meant to be for a birthday present. I thought once you pre-order a item you'll get it on the release date not wait months and still not get anything or update

Poop in a box...

I made a subscription at pop in a box for a monthly funko pop. At first I was very enthusiastic, you could give your preferences and it wasn't that expensive. A week went by and the status said 'pending', so I contacted them to ask about the time it was taking. They told me they didn't have my card info. I looked at the 'my cards' page and my functional card was right there, next to that I received a notification of a succesful verification at the day I started the subscription. I told them this and they responded in a way that had nothing to do with my message about the card working, they told me the funko pop they wanted to send wasn't in stock and to my surprise it was a funko pop that was on my 'I don't want' list. I contacted them about this and they would cancel this one and send another. Weeks went by, almost every week I seeked contact about my funko pop not being send yet and every single time the same answer: it is not in stock right now. Last week I contacted them again and they told me my funko pop wasn't in stock, the funko pop they said they would cancel! I was already pretty frustrated and gave them an ultimatum: send me a funko pop that is in stock or cancel my subscription because I have been waiting for a very long time. Again a response that had nothing to do with my message: you're funko pop is not in stock right now, I hope we resolved your query with this information. Almost as if there aren't real people responding but bots. I said I wanted to cancel my subscription and luckily they did. I have never ever been treated this badly by a company and I am extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars…

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars as that's what this company deserve. I placed an order at the start of October 2021 where both items had a release date of November 21. The money was taken (which is fine). In November I received e-mails saying the items were now in stock. Brilliant I thought, I will get mine now. I didn't! When I e-mailed them I was told that the items weren't in stock. Clearly by sending out e-mails they had more orders than they did stock, so those of us poor fools who had pre-ordered didn't get our pops. I had many more e-mail messages to and from them. By the start of December I had had enough, so e-mailed them again to ask for the order to be cancelled and refunded. Of the (at least 15 e-mails) I have ever sent to them, funnily enough, this was the only one to have ever been ignored. I chased this up via emails for the next month with no outcome. My 2 items arrived last week (start of Feb 2022). I emailed and asked for a returns label as I had sourced them elsewhere by this time (it's much easier, just as cheap, and quicker to order anywhere apart from Pop in a box). I have now been sent a label to return them. It isn't a pre-paid label, and they are expecting me to pay insured to send these back to the USA (from the UK). There is no way I am paying this. Please source your pop's from somewhere else. This company are the worst at expected dates, cancellations, refunds, general customer service etc. I will never order from them again!

I have now ordered 6 funko pops from PopInABox with no issues. Their customer service is very kind and helpful. I will recommend this company to anyone as I have had no complaints whatsoever.

Disappointing Preorder

First of all, I’m thankful for how quick you guys have tried to help me! The email I’ve gotten said that I would be getting a refund but I really preferred to get my funko pop. I’m really disappointed because I had preordered this product in early January expecting it to arrive by February or at latest March. I really don’t think it’s fair for me to buy a product only for it to be delivered to the wrong address. USPS doesn’t seem interested in helping me because they have also messed up my deliveries on their part countless of times. I checked to see if the funko pop is available to buy and there’s already another preorder option to buy for June. I’m a patient person but I really don’t want to wait almost four more months to get this funko. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I had ordered a funko pop last year around April and the funko got pushed to June of this year. That’s a total of 10 months waiting. Also people have been reselling this funko pop for 3x it’s worth.
