Always easy to use the Pop in a Box, easy navigation, no hassle. Order confirmation sent straight away. Dispatch notification sent when orders have been sent out. Can’t fault at all.

Unbelievable

Horrible customer service! Canceled all my orders with them in early December to have them overdraw my account in late January. Supposed to get a response within 5 days from their finance dept and still nothing two weeks later. Also taking it up with my bank as well.

Could be a lot better

You show to many out of stock items just show what you have in stock and try improving on your delivery time I understand covid and bexit on lead times but I always waited 6 to 8 weeks for delivery your processing time on orders is like 2 to 3 weeks you should be looking to improve or hold more stock in the UK so not have to get everything sent from America

Ordered Product Cancelled By Popinabox

Ordered Product - order a product a few months ago to then have the order cancelled as they couldn't restock.. 4 days later Its in stock and the price has been raised.Was confirmed to be in stock via a Live Chat on their website.Customer Service Agent's are very helpful via live chat and must get the brunt of issue not their fault.This is the 2nd issue I've had with the company and will not be ordering anymore from them as the "exclusives" they have can be bought abroad.

Ordered back in July

Ordered back in July. The delivery date was changed on numerous occasions with payment being taken in October. Finally I cancelled the order in February after the Latest expected delivery date passed with no word on when delivery is now expected. The only upside is the excellent customer service. Whenever I message for an update they come back quickly. Hopefully the money will appear back in my account when they say it will. Would have been quite happy to wait for as long as it took if they hadn’t taken the money in October
