Lost a customer

Brought an advent calendar for my daughter, however, Pop In A Box couldn't deliver on time despite at check out having the expected delivery dates before December the 1st - Otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it!They also couldn't / wouldn't refund me So hadn't the cash flow for another like for like in time. When it did arrive a week or 2 later - it was as described and good quality.Won't be shopping here again but appreciate the calendar did eventually arrive and was well received

Awful customer service and communication pre ordered something in November for a January release then told no it’s an April release now. Why advertise it in the first place then if you can’t fulfill dates?? Amateurs steer well clear.

Pre ordered goods in march was told two…

Pre ordered goods in march was told two months delivery, it’s now February and still my £70 worth of goods have not been sent. I am now told there’s a delay, ( 11 months already) do I I wish yo cancel my order? Why keep my money for nearly a year ? What a con! Can you imagine how much money they “Lend” this way interest free. Money laundering.

Although jack dealt with my enquiry and cancelled my order the whole experience was shocking. I placed my order in September 2021 and was still waiting in February 2022 with no correspondence at all telling where my order was. Only gave 1 star as I couldn’t give 0.
