Perfect !!! I was so lucky to have Jack assigned to help me .. i don't know so many words so i can describe the kindness and willingness to find the problem, solution and help that i experienced today from him ...i am truly grateful... i was waiting for answers since July 2021... and he answer everything in a min.
I ordered a 2 pack pop and it came messed up with many imperfections, so I contacted pop in a box and they actually let me keep the imperfect one and sent me a new one. The new one still has a few imperfections but they are tolerable. I appreciate the willingness to help of the customer service representatives that helped me. Also the quick response time and resolution time was great!
I ordered a pop on 5 December Finally received it on the 30th of January after numerous emails to customer service and get the same response each time saying my item would be dispatched in the next 3-5 days which never happened. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and arrived over a month after Christmas. At lease we finally got it and it’s so cute
The customer service from pop in a box reply real fast and with all the answers I needed. It would have been nice to receive more let’s say automatic updates from pop in a box about my pre order since it’s taking quite long. For the rest, I’m happy with the help I got from Jessica, so thank you!
