Decent overall with a few glaring…

Decent overall with a few glaring issues. For one, orders sometimes become lost. I've also had to cancel orders quite a few times and there's no system in place to let you know it was successful and you received a refund.They also allow reviews without the reviewer needing to buy the figure. So the review sections of their products are always spammed with perfect 5-star reviews, despite the person not even owning the product. I've tried bringing attention to it, but they don't really seem to care and hand waved the issue away.It's still a decent site overall. I use it to ensure I get genuine Funko products and they always arrive in perfect condition.

Very easy, I have been a meme been for month now and have made multiple purchases. Really loving the simplicity to this company and the wide range of funko pops to help start build my collection.

Refusing to change my delivery address

I have 7 pops on order over 4 orders. They are all pre orders and at the moment don't have a date available for when they will be out or delivered. I have moved house and needed to change the address for my orders but there is no option for this on the order page so I messaged customer services. They replied with copy paste messages and the same BS saying they do not make changes to orders after placed, even though they have not been processed yet. They refuse to change the address and say the only thing I can do is cancel the order and re order the items, all the items in question are completely sold out so I couldn't place the order again. This is honestly one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had on the internet, and I can't believe they won't let me change my address - One of the most basic requests on a shop.UPDATE: As you can see they replied below and I checked the message the sent me, absolute joke and waste of time, this is what they said:- - -Your details have been escalated over to me regarding your Trust Pilot review.I am sorry to hear of the frustration caused regarding this matter, I can confirm we are not able to amend an order once placed which includes the address on the order.Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience that this may have caused.- - -This a laughable. What shop in 2022 doesn't allow you to change your shipping address on a pre order without a release date. Seriously it isn't that hard. I manage software projects much larger than their site for a living and this is so unbelievably basic. Can you imagine if amazon didn't allow something like this? It's ridiculous.

13 items ordered, 7 never even dispatched.

Appalling company. My daughter ordered 13 My Hero Academia figures last February, all of which should have been released and delivered by May 2021. Now almost a year later My daughter has only received 6 of them. No delivery updates since May 2021 despite many messages from myself requesting updated info. I either got no reply or a reply with no answer to my question. A year after ordering I have now cancelled my order and my daughters bank card so they don't try to take any money from her. Shocking customer service. I don’t recommend this company at all. Seems strange how they don't invite people to leave reviews either. Have been in touch with them today regarding returning the 6 that did arrive as my daughter doesn't want an incomplete set however they say as she has had them over 40 days, despite them still being in their boxes and the fact that it isn't her fault the order wasn't fulfilled, they are now out of the time frame for returns. My daughter has wasted over £60 and is devastated. She saved all her Christmas and birthday money to buy the set and PIAB have been beyond useless, inconsiderate and completely without compassion. No recommendation for this company whatsoever. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Have every message screenshotted as proof.

Ordered the exclusive Dug Days pop & Monster Stitch pop, both arrived in a timely manner and undamaged, unfortunately you can't expect the same from other retailers these days so props to popinabox for doing so!

Utter joke

Utter joke. Preordered the Tanjiro and Nezuko Funko Pops for an initial release of September, September comes along and nothing. Reach out to support and they say December. December comes along and again NOTHING. Asked again in early January and they say January for sure. It's now the 23rd of Januray and still NOTHING. Avoid this company at all costs for preorders.
