Natalie the online chat agent fixed in a few minutes what it took at least 4-5 emails back n forth to try and fix. The emails were getting mixed up and confused but she took care of it.

I'm giving 1 star, because I can't give NONE. I've ordered on November and until now NEVER received my order! I'm contacting them every time - the customer service/the store does not give a SH** for you so, you have to annoy them. There is always going to be the excuse that you have "pre-ordered", even though, you haven't. Then, that the article is not "available" anymore - but in their Website it shows as available. Watch out! This is totally criminal. If you don't annoy then, you will have lost your money and your order - saw some people here, in the comments, that only contact the store after 4 months that they did not received the order and they said "no refund can be made". Let's see if I will be refund. I'm keeping all the E-Mails and communication to create a criminal complain. Totally bullsh**. I will now order on Amazon, because is "available" there. Let's see. What should make us happy - buying PopFunko and so - only gives you headache in this store... It's sad. i really had big expectations.

A pleasure to purchase from

Overall the website was easy to use and checkout was great. However, I was a little disappointed to see so many items out of stock or pre order only for the My Hero Academia pop dolls. It wasn't a major issue because I found others to choose instead. Package was out for delivery very quickly.

Ordered 3 funko pops on 26/12/2021 the items were showing in stock, placed the order. When the items hadn't arrived or an email to confirm delivery date I checked again which said pre-order which is mis-selling items. I then contacted pop in a box who advised these would likely arrive at the end of January. I checked again on 02/02/2022 which then to find pre order dates are April 5 months after I've paid for my order, very unhappy with this order and may be my last order to pop in a box due to poor service
