poor customer service over twitter. all i wanted was a simple answer but had to speak to 5 different agents and non of them resolved the issue. god help if something goes or i miss a pop on my monthly subscription hate to think how long it will take to get sorted!
So, now I am updating my previous negative review having been stunned by the immediate contact I received from Pop in a Box and the amazing way they have dealt with my issue.I had not realised that all three items in my order are currently delayed from being released in the UK. (Two of them had been shown out of stock, which I am guessing was a mistake and should have been shown as pre-order). The company have assured me that I will receive the items as soon as they have some in stock. And tbh, can't ask more than that. They have gone the extra mile to try and resolve the issue and to update me on the circumstances. I now have more faith in this company, who clearly take customer service seriously.Again, stunned by the speed at which they addressed my concerns.
Wide selection of Pop's and at great prices, the only negative is that most (around 3/4 from what I've seen) are out of stock.The site is easy to use and delivery prices are good.Haven't received them yet so can't comment on speed of delivery.
don’t buy from this company. Ordered a pop and it never arrived. It has been 30 days. Requested a refund and they didn’t return the delivery money. Not worth the hassle, didn’t receive the product and even lost money. Go for your personal store like gamestop, forbidden planet, or even emp.ie. Never had issues with them.
