Ordered via a pre-order in September for an October release. It’s now almost February and I’m still waiting. No apology but lots of excuses involving the supplier. Popinabox over sold an item and are still dragging the situation out.

Pre ordered pearl jam pop set 7/7/21…

Pre ordered pearl jam pop set 7/7/21 and paid in full. Still haven't recieved them. Was emailed on 16/1/22 to say they were being released 17/1/22. I've just emailed to find out how much longer and they're now saying release date is 31/1/22. I've asked for a refund and will be going to fair trading if it's not recieved in a weekI've since received an email saying that the item is in the warehouse since demanding a refund.. quick change in dates. Now they're trying to say they can't refund because it's not paid for. I've since sent proof of payment and have heard nothing
