Preordered a funko pop in July with an ETA to September, I've been waiting since then. A lot of others got their ones since then.

Scam

Scam! Order kurt cobian pops 31st December 2020 on a restock which said "instock" at the time of purchasing but typical pop in a box fashion they sell items they dont have. Never received the items I was waiting 1 year for them. Reached out during that time and was told "supplier issues" I decided to cancel and ask for my refund. (I paid through paypal) and was told no money was taken, Ive provided proof funds were taken and they are refusing to give me my money. Absolutely awful people sell items you dont have and refuse to refund me. Everything always turn up smashed up anyway as they send damaged item. Waste of time and a waste of space.

Do not trust them if ordering gifts

Still waiting on Xmas items. Customer Services say they cannot provide an update. But what annoys me is that they still advertise the items as 'in stock', therefore deliberately taking money from people for items they know they can't supply. This may be a Hut Group policy as Zavvi did exactly the same.
