Very easy experiences so far

Very easy experiences so far. I had one pop that took its time to arrive but the staff were very helpful in assisting me and a replacement pop was sent out. The replacement pop wasn’t needed in the end as the original arrived, however the staff were generous and let me keep as a gesture of goodwill. All my pops have arrived in good condition so far. Website is clear and easy to access.

Ordered Novemeber and still waiting

Ordered from this website way in November. For a product in stock which was released January same year. So should be fine and the website said no different. It’s almost February and have still not received anything. No clarity every apart from 2 weeks ago when they said would be with you in 3-5 days…guess what, still nothing

Just go elsewhere save the hassle....

This website is a let down for purchasing/pre orders for pop figures items why let me order the item when it goes out of stock immediately as I buy it and you take my money. Or my "pre order misses the slot to order the item even when you let me preorder it???".. Save the hassle and just go elsewhere unless you don't mind the hassle of the wait 10/10 can't recommend..

Terrible Customer service

I pre ordered 2 figures that were due for release the following month. I never received them, or any communication that the release was delayed. After 6 months I contacted them and they said it was delayed. I waited 9 months total, at which point I had to move house. Customer service told me I couldn't change the address they would deliver to and my only option was to cancel my order. These figures were all sold out so after 9 months of waiting I had to cancel and won't get the figures at all.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Please don’t pre order or back order from here. They don’t take payment so they have no contract to make sure they provide your goods or service. It’s been 5 months and they’re now only ready to dispatch 50% of my order. Ive bought out right from here and never had a problem but I will never pre order again! Here is what has happened: I made an order for four figures so almost £50 back in August 2021. It was a pre-order for September. I presumed payment would be taken there and then but it hadn’t been. Which has since made me realise that it’s probably because I will never receive the items. In September I had not received the items so I contacted them. A while later I received a reply stating they couldn’t find my order and I could log into my account and view a status of an order from there.I had never made an account, I checked out as a guest so I could not track. I thought I would leave it and presumed my order had been missed and as no payment had been taken, I thought I’d just leave it. Then in October and December I received two emails saying - we have your order, just bare with us whilst we get it out to you.Now Near the end of January 2022, I’ve had an email stating they are ready to dispatch TWO of my items… just TWO but they couldn’t process payment!! Well no surprise pop in a box, it’s been that long my debit card has expired! It’s now asking me to log on to my account to change the details! Once again, no account! So what do I do?! I’ve had to send them a request form again but I imagine it will come to nothing again.
