I have just been on chat to a lady. I asked her why my monthly subscription payment had not yet been taken. The response i received was that it is out of stock on payment will be taken when its back in stock. How can a monthly subscription be out of stock that would mean they have 0 items to sell … i also pre ordered item back in august of last year and they changed to out of stock ? Why allow me to pre order if you dont have the stock in the first place.. so frustrating i may have to cancel if this continues
I received an incorrect order today and Jessica resolved the issue quickly for me, I received a full refund and was allowed to keep the incorrect item, I’ve donated the item to a charity. She was very helpful and understanding as to why I was frustrated about receiving the wrong item, it was a Christmas present, especially because the item is no longer available.
