Cute clothes, great quality, friendly and quick customer support team 👍🏻 Ordered to Germany for no shipping fee. They don’t offer return labels and even though the package says it was shipped from Germany I’m supposed to return to the USA, which would cost 47€ for traceable shipping, so even more than the product. Customer support team told me that’s their practice. Feels like a scam to me. So if you wanna order, be prepared to not be able to return the items.
The top I ordered arrived outside the shipping time that was promised me. Also the top arrived damaged. Customer service is terrible. They promised me a refund. Didnt hear from them for a few weeks. Emailed them again and had to send photos of the broken top AGAIN. Never heard from them for weeks. Contacted again…. Now they are saying that the return period of 30 days expired. Yes because you guys didnt awnser my emails. Now im stuck with a top that costed me more than 50 euros and is poor quality af. Dont order from this shop!!
Awful customer service. We returned my daughters order as the clothes did not fit. Despite using UK postage and returns they deducted a postage fee from the refund and withheld the VAT part of the clothing cost and refused to refund it. I am not sure this is even legal for a company selling online in the UK?
Paid for overnight shipping almost $25. Messaged customer service to ask if there was delays and was told "No shipping delays". Sure enough, the item is delayed and now I have to pay for return shipping after it finally arrives. I have nothing to wear! Horrible experience. Never again!!!! They didn't even waive return shipping for the huge inconvenience!
I recently had to return an order to Princess Polly and was shocked by the cost. Even after following their instructions and using their “lower-cost” US return option, I still had to pay €60 (~$100 AUD) just for shipping. That’s an outrageously high amount for a return, and customers should be warned about this before purchasing.Princess Polly does not cover return shipping for international orders, meaning if you need to send something back, you're stuck paying excessive costs out of pocket. This is not clearly communicated at checkout—I would not have ordered had I known returning an item would be so expensive.I reached out to customer service, hoping for a reasonable solution, but they refused to offer any assistance. Their response made it clear they don’t care how expensive returns are for their international customers.If you're shopping from outside the US, think twice before ordering—returns could cost you far more than expected. I won’t be purchasing from Princess Polly ever again!
Sizing embarrassing and seems to have gotten smaller over the years , i can range from a size 10,12,14,16 at this store all at the same time like make it make sense. Coming from someone who has made multiple minimum $300-$500 orders all over the years since 2016
Horrible experience with Princess Polly. They will bill you incorrectly, double-ship, and rip you off on the return with a fraction of the cost back. They are a company designed to rip off young girls and the quality is also inferior. I've been trying to get a refund since November and they play the cat and mouse game hoping you will just go away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
