Warning: I placed two orders, and both were sent to the wrong address on the same day (evidence submitted to the service). I was told to wait five days before requesting a refund. On the sixth day, I received a refund for the cheaper order. Customer service informed me that their policy allows only one refund per customer, and I would need to file a claim with the delivery service. The delivery service was unreliable and lacks proper customer support. I'm still struggling to secure my refund. I recommend avoiding this company altogether as they seem indifferent to customer concerns.

Strongly Advise Against This Company

I strongly advise against this company. They charged me twice for the same order two months later, and I haven't been able to get this ridiculous charge reversed. Despite reaching out multiple times and explaining my situation, I keep receiving automated replies that don't address the issue. Customer service is dreadful, and a quick online search reveals that they seem to scam many customers who end up disputing charges with their banks. Just avoid them altogether; the poor quality isn't worth the hassle and potential double charges.

Absolutely Love This Service

I'm puzzled by the negative reviews for this service. I discovered it and have become a fan. They have a petite section that truly caters to petite sizing (for individuals 5'3'' and shorter). This is incredibly important to me as a petite woman. Living in Australia, I receive my packages the same day. The minimum spend for same-day shipping is the lowest I've encountered. The quality of the clothing is excellent.

Missing Order and Poor Refund Process

This company is terrible - there’s no proper way to raise a support ticket. I will never shop here again! I waited over four weeks for a dress. They used an unreliable delivery service, and the driver lied about delivery by providing a picture of a black screen as proof. I submitted this evidence to the service and was told to wait another five days to see if the parcel would appear. It never did, and instead of a straightforward refund, I've been passed around regarding the claim of 'delivery'. I've had to initiate a chargeback with my bank just to get my money back. To make matters worse, they have a support form on their website, but it’s unusable! Avoid ordering from here; if anything goes wrong, you'll have a nightmare trying to get help. I've lost £60 and waited four weeks for nothing.
