difficult to reach custumer service. i did order by mistake on their site, tried to reach them as soon as possible to cancel the order( email, texts and phone), was not able to…. when i saw the carrier compagny update, i even called them (carrier company) to let them know that the package was a mistake and asked them to not ship it, they were very nice but unfortunalty the package was shipped the day after. i again tried to contact princess polly multiples times, no answers by emails or by the phone. and for the texts, it can take up to 8-10h for them to answer. I ended up pay for everything with an express shipping of 29$ on this order … and i even pay an extra 25$ shipping to send them back the package. when you finally reach them, they are not listening to your problem (they answered by texts only), they said they will do no exceptions…. i find this situation very bad. I would like my money back for this really bad experience and very poor custumer service, i feel like my money was stolen. i ordered multiples clothes from them in the past, will not order there anymore.
Placed an order before an upcoming trip and was excited to use the Black Friday discount. Canada Post has been on strike for the past 10 days. Being aware of this strike myself, I still placed the order as my 3 previous orders in the last year have all been delivered by UniUni. When looking at the delivery options it did not mention Canada Post was a carrier, and as my other orders did not ship with CP I assumed this would not impact my order. When I checked the DHL tracking yesterday, it was updated with a Canada Post tracking number for final delivery. I was shocked that PP is still using Canada Post despite the strike, or at a minimum would not provide that information on checkout to their Canadian customers. When reaching out to customer service to either cancel my order or change carriers I was told there was nothing they can do since the package is already in transit. Super disappointing that this was not at least advertised at time of purchase, otherwise I would not have ordered.
I ordered a shirt from Princess Polly, and when my package arrived it was the wrong shirt entirely. The shirt was labelled in error as the one I had originally wanted. I e-mailed them for help, and they assumed I had ordered the wrong one and told me to refund it. So they expect me to pay for a return that was their fault. They did not help me or offer me anything because of their error. Will not be buying from them again.
Adorable clothing, although every piece of curve clothing I bought has had weird sizing and some pieces of clothing have terrible quality for the price tag on them! and defiantly terrible after sale customer service as I bought some shoes there (WINDSOR SMITH RUBY SNEAKERS) and they gave me terrible blisters, kept coming off at the back (worn once for an hour) and all they could offer was a 25% discount code without seeing the shoes.
I purchased a $70 pair of pants, washed exactly as I was told and the coloring was messed up when it came out of the washing machine. I took them back to the store and they would not stand behind their product. Nordstrom’s, Alo, lululemon would stand behind their product all day long. Shame on Scottsdale fashion Square store!!!!
I've been ordering from Princess Polly US since 2019 and I have always had good experiences. Sizing is usually consistent and it's much better quality than SHEIN. Although you do have to pay for returns, the process is easy since they provide QR codes and convenient drop-off locations. I recently had a package theft (not Princess Polly's fault) and customer service was very quick to reply and refund me since it was a one-time situation.
