This company has extremely poor customer service. You can’t email them. You’re put on hold indefinitely with no response or get disconnected. Their AI answering service is ineffective. I will NEVER shop here again, even though I have granddaughters who want things from this store. NOT FROM ME. It's a shameful company.
I will never buy from this company again. The material quality is terrible, reminiscent of low-end brands. Their customer service is lacking and unhelpful if your package is lost. If you see something you like, just buy it from another retailer. Don't waste your money on a company that pretends to be environmentally conscious while using poor delivery services to cut costs.
Missing three items and i received items without tags, some looked unused and some looked worn. i asked to return everything i got and be refunded but they refused me and are now ignoring me. i took it up with BBB and they are still being unhelpful.
Ordered a dress on 27/11. Delivery said 3-6 business days which I was happy with. Only after checking out I got an email immediately saying there will be a further 1-3 business day delay on shipping alone. Estimated delivery date is now 15/12 on my tracker meaning it is actually 13 business days and well over 2 weeks until I will receive my item. It would have been nice to see the message before checking out rather than taking my money and leaving me without a dress for an upcoming event.Messaged customer services who sent me a huge template email offering me a discount code rather than actually answering my questions.Will not be buying anything from here again!
And the other 1 star reviews are 100% honest and trustful and correct that said that the "models and girls" shown on the princess polly website and on fake social media are NOT real girls and that they don't exist in real life, they're all designed and animated through a cgi photoshop company to look and act like real life people, even though they're not real life people. So it is definently fake on princess polly website when it says "@ (name) is wearing size xyz", they're never real people shown on princess polly website or on fake social media, because princess polly hired a CGI photoshop company to design and animate those "models and girls" to look like real people even though they're not real, so those are cgi photoshopped digital "girls" shown on princess polly website and on fake social media, and same applies with fake YouTube, cause none of the "girls and models" shown, none of them exist irl cause they're not real people, a CGI photoshop company designed and animated them all.And it's also fake and lies if any YouTube video and on fake social media says "use my promo code at checkout, and I got sponsored and free clothes", that's all NOTHING but lies and fake that videos like that tell because anyone can go on fake social media/fake YouTube and tell lies like that for attention because NO ONE gets free clothes or free money or free anything in this world cause that's not how the world works, it's not true because then everyone in the whole world would be getting "free this and that", proves to show that people lie about anything online just to get attention and no one gets free anything, and companies including social media and YouTube, only pay employees, and the only valid promo codes are the ones shown on websites or on the official stores website, not fake crap on fake YouTube and fake social media cause those aren't real and anyone can go online and lie and say "use my promo code and I get sponsorships and free clothes", people on fake YouTube and fake social media create a fake rich luxury fantasy life online that they wish they could live in real life.NO ONE gets a free pass in life to get "free stuff/money/clothes" cause that's NOT how the world or life works and everyone has to work a real world job to buy things, no one gets anything for free in this world. And it's fake if any company or anyone on fake social media/YouTube say "doing a giveaway", that's again all nothing but lies and scam cause again NO ONE gets free stuff in this world, and anyone can go online and tell all sorts of lies just to try to get attention, but they get no attention cause they all buy comment bots.And NO company is going to send "free clothes/stuff" to no one. The company is NOT a charity they're not going to give anything for free to no one. And no company is gonna do that because they wouldn't even be making money if they did that.And princess polly clothes and jewelry and just about everything, is extremely BAD CHEAP quality! I have purchased a few dresses and tops from them, and threads hang off and material is so flimsy and cheap and will literally break.And the fake lying positive reviews on princess polly website and on trustpilot, are all nothing but fake bots reviews, not real people writing the fake reviews.DO NOT shop at princess polly, let them go out of business with their crap quality clothes and crappy rude unprofessional customer service that barely respond or don't respond at all and if they do respond, they leave generic bot responses.And princess polly AU, cause there the main company, they are deleting the honest 1 and 2 star reviews and they buy fake lying positive bots reviews, on their website and on fake ass social media/YouTube too.
