Stay away from this website. I placed my first order, which never came- and they advised that my parcel was lost. I reordered and picked 4-6 day delivery. My parcel has not arrived long after the advertised delivery date. customer service have been extremely unhelpful and are refusing to provide a refund for this second order. Delivery times are completely misleading.
Never received my order. sent multiple emails to the customer service team to which they kept just responding with the tracking number that still to this day shows only that a tracking code was created and that it has not been shipped or even left the warehouse. Paid for express delivery to the UK. Over £100 taken to not receive any items or any help.
I wish there was a zero stars - one star is way too much for this company! I ordered one item and it shipped and rather than even attempting delivery it got returned to sender for no reason! Delivery was never even attempted. I have multiple cameras showing no delivery was attempted. My card was charged though of course! The address is 100% correct. I get multiple packages here every day with no problem. Princess Polly will not respond to multiple emails. I got one very rude email just saying I had to reorder it. Why would I reorder when all my info was correct AND YOU ALREADY Charged me??? Do better! Buyer beware of this company as it’s a scam
These scumbags are a scam. I ordered a pair of jeans for my Daughter online with a few other clothes and when I check my order this morning they change the jeans that I chose for a different pair of jeans that I was looking at before hand and they up the price And trying to get in contact with these scams is virtually impossible. I don’t want any filthy items. I want my $150 back greedy that they had to changed the pair of jeans I ordered for my daughter and to top that off upping the price when I went back into the net to have a look what the hell was going on , do not buy from these dishonest people
Typically I would have nothing but great things to say, however, my most recent order left me very disappointed. I placed an order on 9/18, which had a delivery date within the next 4 to 6 days. I received an email notification from FedEx stating the package would be delivered on 9/21. However, after reviewing the tracking information over the next 4 to 5 days there was no update. I reached out to both FedEx & Princess polly to find out when my package was going to be delivered which was on 9/25. Princess Polly said if my order wasn’t delivered on 9/26 to reach out, though after doing that, they said to reach out if my package wasn’t received by 10/2. I even offered to place the order again if I could receive free expedited shipping, as I need my order by my birthday next Wednesday. No additional options/solutions were provided. I would expect better customer service! I was a frequent shopper prior to this, not sure if I will continue to be moving forward.
I ordered a dress on the 11 and it was said that the shipping process would begin the 12 and take 3-6 days to deliver. They lied. the estimated delivery was the 21, the day of the event I ordered the dress for. Very dissapointed in the lack of truthfulness. This company must not give false advertising.
