Unfortunately I cannot log in my previous account and change my review, so I made new account. I purchased PC for 2600 and at the first moment it didn't run perfect. After I was suggested to send it back to Punch Technology and after it is running perfect. Thank you for your service and hope it will run for ages perfectly.
PC is everything we asked and required from PunchTechnology.Super fast communcation when a part came out of stock Punch emailed me and when i hadnt seen the email they phoned within 2 hours of the email meaning my PC could be shipped to me the very same day they replaced the cooler.
The support from Punch regarding a broken CPU fan was exceptional. Answers to questions were quickly and expertly answered. A replacement fan was despatched free of charge after I was informed that my PC was still in the warranty period.
Despite it being a few years since I purchased my Punch PC I contacted the company when I ran into issues when adding a 2nd monitor to my system. The team responded to my email straight away and with just a few checks & resulting advice my issue was resolved very quickly. Exceptional customer service - thanks.
