Excellent customer and customisation service!I contacted Punch Technology to ask if they could provide a custom quote for our office PCs as we wanted cases that were suitable for locating in cradles on sit-stand desks. Received a swift response with a personalised link to our PC specification for easy ordering. Our PCs arrived quickly and extremely well packaged and are perfect. All of our interactions with the team at Punch have been great. Cannot recommend Punch Technology more.
I got a gaming PC from Punch and unfortunately happened to have a faulty GPU. It happens, no biggie. Oliver was absolutely outstanding in dealing with my case, first providing some ideas and advice to see what the problem was, and once it was diagnosed it was the GPU. I sent it off to them and not even a week later, I received a replacement. Absolutely brilliant customer service. A few words about the PC itself - It wasn't overpriced, looks like a good build, doesn't overheat or anything, and performs really well before the GPU died. Then it performed equally well with my very old GPU. Beautiful machine altogether My next PC is going to be from Punch for sure
I had a few changes that needed to be made and they were done easily and efficiently. My further request which were out of their control i.e. the delivery, was also dealt with the upmost urgency and resolved within hours, Really appreciate Punch Tech's professionalism and their aim to meet their clients needs. Awesome company and will definitely be back.

I customised a PC from their website. It arrived on time, packed to ensure it survived the courier. I needed to add an additional data HHD from my existing PC and switch the dvd with a blu ray writer I already owned. When I opened the case I found all the cables neatly tied to the case with cable ties, an impressive installation. I have had no issues to date.
Punch is great I recently purchased one of there Intel nuc laptops and its really nice works fantastic. Reason for three stars is I asked if the laptop would function with Ubuntu instead of windows and the answer was a resounding yes. And fundamentally this is correct apart from the touch screen. Intel haven't/won't release the info for the driver to be made. This means I shouldve just brought it without touchscreen and saved some money other than that she works beautifully and is solid as a brick.
I am very happy with my purchase from Punch Technology. I liked the fact that the website had computers built specifically for my interest (namely photography and using Photoshop), so I got a system tailored for my requirements without paying for things I don't need. It was also very easy to alter the specs and choose appropriate peripherals like the monitor and keyboard. The price was very reasonable and delivery was fast and efficient.The only slight comment is that some guidance on setting the system up would have been nice, but we figured it out and everything is working perfectly. I would definitely use again and recommend.
