Happy to give punch Technology a 5 Star rating. They were very helpful through-out. The Help desk was very efficient and sorted the one thing I was not sure about immediately. They gave a 10 day turn-a-round and that is exactly what it was. The videos on the website guide you through the set up process and any problems you might encounter. Well worth watching. The whole process remained stress free.
Very pleased with my PC build from Punch. Answered my queries very quickly and the build was put together very well. Pricing was very competitive and was the cheapest for the build I wanted. Good range of components to choose from. My only criticism is the queue feature on my orders page. My build was delivered when on the order page I was number 17 in the queue. A welcome surprise/fault!! I would recommend this company
Originally bought my PC from Fierce PCs and it performed flawlessly. Now requiring an upgrade I contacted them again, now taken over by Punch Technology, and received the same great customer service. Jonathan took time to explore what I wanted, and got the warehouse team to get the package out same day. Given it was within half an hour of closing that's remarkable customer service.100% would recommend and deal with again, thanks Punch Technology, you're ace!
The online shop is excellent and prices are better than most other companies offering the same service. Communication could have been slightly better as website and order information did not match up correctly but my item arrived when expected. Have used them twice now and not been disappointed.
