Review Time
Unfortunately my experience with them wasn't good. I gave 2.5k pc and service so far was bad and not reliable. I was asking to build for me PC as I will be rendering a lot of 8K videos, but didn't know much about cooling towers etc. they didn't advise me nothing and after when I was writing them how can we sort this out no reply. Service is very bag. PC is running in problems because of overheating problems.
I shopped around, a LOT! And after looking all the various competitors, in the end I went for Punch as they built exactly what I wanted and needed, at the very best price, free delivery and and answered an endless barrage of questions from me along the way. And I am so glad I chose them as it's a night and day upgrade on my old machine, customer service from start to finish is 10/10 and just simply a faultless service, especially for a annoyingly demanding customer like me who thinks they know best and wants what they want (im one of those who thinks there an expert, though I know I'm not), and Punch very successfully delivered. The machine itself is a little beast, sadly its not for me this was all on behalf of an older relative, but I am upgrading my gaming PC later this year and I will not look anywhere else, they have proved there worth and again the awesome customer service to back it up. I really can't recommend them enough tbh, and ha I really cannot wait for them to build my next one now... Thank you guys :)
Having the exact components for my build Being local( would rather go local independant than "chain")fast build, only slight thing was a little lack of coms during build, but no news is good news..............Thank you Punch well pleased with new puter.
Website is easy to use and I liked it had suggested builds which you can modify if you want. It also got made and delivered in good time, and overall I'm happy with my computer. I would say the only problem with the website it needs less jagon and more help for people who don't know what they are doing. The other (very little) thing when the computer the WiFi receiver was not attached (which I understand why), but there was no information to what it was or how to attach it to the computer, I figured it out in the end, but it would have been helpful to have it in writing.
