The boots are very comfortable and warm as I expected. However a delivery time of almost a month is not what I would call ( premium delivery) as advertised. Also the delivery company did not deliver to my instructions, just leaving them on the doorstep, and not in the designated safe place. Further to that I ordered 2 pairs of inner soles and only received 1. Your follow up was that I didn’t update the basket, but I have a copy of the original order which clearly states that I did.

Waterproof boots - aren’t

I bought the waterproof boots before Christmas and tried them today in snow- my feet were soaked. They are definitely not waterproof. Okay and warm in light rain.
