As a girl I went barefoot as often as possible because my feet are short and square, with the third toe the longest, and a half size difference in length. I am now 88, and walking is anyway difficult, tho fashion much less important. These new boots accommodate my feet perfectly, and I feel warm and safe in them - in fact I can now forget about them!
Don’t buy from these people. They claim hassle free refunds, but if you want to return the boots, you have to send them to CHINA, at prohibitive costs,It is a scam.Unlikely they’ll allow this to go on their site.I am claiming fraud through my bank.I will post this warning on all social media sites.
Customer Services, so far, has been good and prompt. The size of the boots and slippers is smaller than I expected but I am taking up the offer of keeping them and receiving a larger size. Not complete yet, so hoping it will happen.Products seem to be good but have not been able to try them. forever hopeful.
I was a little nervous - I have had a couple of bad experiences especially with shoes online. Some are rubbish but also I have wide short stubby feet! They've served me well but they're a bit non- standard. When I saw the packaging I confess I thought 'oh no'. Then I put them on. They are the real deal: warm but you are in touch with the ground. I wore them around the house for a while (I normally go barefoot there) but have been out in -3c since. Definitely recommend!
The shoes took ages to arrive , I tried to cancel the order but the company would not let me , said I could return shoes once they arrived . I didn’t realise the goods were being shipped from china as there is a very misleading European looking lady on their website page . They finally arrived and are too small . I need to return to china and only have 14 days from receipt . I have emailed their customer services and apart from an acknowledgement of my email have not had any response . My review is bad as I feel I have been misled by the company domain (co uk )and the European looking lady into buying goods from china which are no good to me as they are too small
