Purestep have done what they can to help me.They have always responded to my emails quickly and positively and offered good advice.I am hoping that my issue which lies with the courier will be rectified shortly but is currently ongoing.
We received our Polaris HydroTex™ – 99.7% Waterproof & Snowproof Winter Barefoot Shoes/boots with Cosy Fleece Lining just before Christmas and have found them to be comfortable, waterproof and warm. Our only concern is the longevity and robustness of the quick-lace system. It is difficult to get a tight-enough containment with both the elastic lacing and the fleece lining during a long, arduous walk without some internal movement of feet. Possibly thicker socks?? Or, switch to traditional laces.
I bought these slippers for my son as a Christmas present and he is very pleased with them. However, they took a very long time to arrive and he didn't get them until well after Christmas, so for that reason I have deducted one star.
My Cosy Fleece-Lined Barefoot Slippers arrived and are really comfortable and as described only drawback was length of wait for delivery took nearly a month as seen on tracking message was dispatched from China and arrived after xmas, luckily there were not ordered as a present
