I ordered a pair of their barefoot shoes, after seeing them recommended in a healthy living magazine article.The order took 4 weeks to reach me, by which time I thought it was a scam, as there was no communication, despite trying to get information.It turns out that they operate from China! The shoes were a bad fit because of an old injury to one of my ankles, so I wanted a refund, rather than a replacement.I have finally got the refund, but it took multiple emails after I was told initially the refund was £0.00!The shoes cost £72 odd, as a special offer, but the return cost was £23, as they don't pay for that.One + was the provision of a sample return form, with suggestions filled in as to how to complete it for Chinese customs....I shall not use them again because of the complexity involved.
Please don’t buy from these people. They’re a scam company operating from China shipping cheap quality shoes that fall apart after two walks. They won’t refund or return despite this. They do offer you 15% off another pair of shite shoes though! Doing business this way is immoral. They sanitise their social media so you cannot see negative comments. I doubt half of these positive reviews are genuine or not paid for. Avoid at all costs.
