I didn't get my shoes for one and half months

I didn't get my shoes for one and half months. I have frontdoor viewcam read the courier just passed my house and didn't put to my house. Purestep said the courrier have pics the parcel arrived. And they are very blurred pics,can't see the parcel details, and a blurred house exterior pic can be any house. It is very unhappy experience for paid without shoes.

I had a problem with my order

I had a problem with my order, in that I revived the wrong size shoes. After contacting Purestep new shoes were sent promptly. I'm now wearing them and they are very comfortable, in fact I wear them most of time.

Cosy, waterproof and comfy.

The shoes are great and my LO loves them, perfect for swimming lessons as no need to faff with sock after. Cosy, waterproof and comfy. Fit true to size. They do take an age to arrive but we were not in a rush.

Can You Buy The Same Product Cheaper Elsewhere?

The products they sell appear to be good quality, but please be aware that you may be able to purchase their products at a much cheaper price on other websites. Please check their credentials before purchase

Returns not good

Shoes fitted well and seemed comfortable in the house until I saw that they made my feet pronate inwards.... never had that before. Asked for a refund but because the company had no warehouse in the Uk I had to pay to return them to China. Not good...won't buy from China again. Refund came however but I have lost postage.

Nice boots and slippers, terrible service.

The website says they are uk based, the website also displayed a misleading size chart that was totally wrong, so consequently the size UK 6 boots and slippers I ordered according to their own website, arrived in a UK size 8. No good to me over £100 spent, contacted them, the only contact is via email to an automated reply and this is to China not the UK. They said u can return them if u pay the return postage to China...good luck on the price of returning them to there, I said I thought you were UK based? Oh yes we are but the factory is in China where returns have to go. I would have lost a third of my money on postage to return them.they suggested I now buy 2 more pairs for the price of there postage cost to me £20 and keep the other 2 pairs that are no good to me and donate them to someone else! I did this as there wasn't really any option if I want the ones that will fit. Then it took them 8 weeks from china to send them only through me constantly emailing an pestering them. I would say the boots and slippers are good, but the service the logistics the simple order and exexecution of delivery took more 20 emails just to get them. I ordered originally beginning of November and the replacements arrived 26th of December The company is not good to deal with. Very disappointed in their service, but liked the boots an slippers. Make your own mind up on buying , you may be lucky with better service. Your choice.
