Do not order from them. This was my first time ordering and I accidentally ordered the same picture twice. I realized my mistake and immediately went to delete. Thought all was well until my confirmation showed $98 instead of the $49. I am mediately sent the company an email stating I would like to cancel the first order. Their responding email stated it was impossibleOf course they had already withdrawn the moneyIn an email to my husband they stated that they had tried numerous time to contact him (The order was under his name since it was his debit card). I looked at his phone records and they had tried one time. I had tried to call them at two different numbers with no response my husband did receive an email asking what was a good time to contact me. Never happened. However we were notified that our package is on its way. It is a gift to a relative and do not want her to receive two puzzles of the same thingTo add insult to injury we were never even refunded the 15% coupon discount that we were promisedI would like to now add that the company has indeed refunded us 30% instead of the 15%. The way it was explained to me is that as soon as the order is placed immediately goes to press and no one is able to stop it once the order has been placed
Awful company. Ordering process difficult. Hard to properly proof due to size. Puzzle arrived. Very poor quality and heads were cut off in many pictures. Contacted customer service. Slow to respond and reply with it’s all your fault. But if you’d like to give them even more money they will reprint at a discount. Responses are very condescending. Don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere. I did and it’s a world of difference.Response to company reply: How nice it would have been for any or all of this rebuttal to be truthful and accurate.
I ordered a custom puzzle, but few minutes after placing the order, I requested cancellation. Customer Service response was delayed, but when responded, they mentioned that once order is placed, they don't have any control.When I received the puzzle, picture quality is grainy, pieces had some dusty material on them (had to wipe all). Even after wiping, the picture quality was grainy.I used same pictures and got custom puzzle printed from Walgreens - print quality was absolutely stunning. If quality was ok, I'd be relatively ok with their bad service, but I suffered both ways. I will NOT recommend puzzleyou.
The kindness and compassion shown by your customer service rep Yvonne Haertl will never leave my heart, I just can not get over the fact that she took the time and trouble to see that I received a complete puzzle, that kind of caring is very uncommon today and when one receives an act of kindness of that magnitude, it's never forgotten, so thank you!!!! I tell my story to anyone who will listen, all the while promoting Puzzleyou.
The design on the outer box looked great. I liked the cut on the shapes of the pieces. When trying to put puzzle together, it was very difficult due to blurry pieces. There were several people in the picture of the puzzle. Most of the faces were blurry so you couldn't tell which piece went where. When examining photo before purchasing, it looked fine. The picture on the outer box did not look blurry. Very disappointed. It was a gift.
