Very disappointed in this company! I ordered two puzzles for my daughter’s birthday and they were mailed to the wrong address. I contacted Puzzleyou and they blamed it on UPS. When I called UPS… They said they were given the wrong address. The company never tried to make it right. They even sent me a copy of the address that I gave them and it was correct with the apartment number on the second line. They addressed it using the apartment number as the street address. The girl in customer service told me I needed to adjust my attitude when I asked how they were going to help me I just want the puzzles I paid for in full!
I use this company every year for our anniversary and I absolutely love it. The puzzles are always fantastic and the quality is spot on:) I might be a little bias because it’s made in Williamsport pa where I grew up but I didn’t know that when I started using them!
Great experience. Website was really easy to use, and showed previews for the box, and puzzle-cut! Extremely fast shipping, excellent quality pieces that are thick, printed well and seem to be unique shapes. To all the 1-star reviews who uploaded low-res, or poorly cropped images: you need to do your own quality check! The tools on the website make it almost impossible to mess up. Also, you will pay duty charges in Canada. It's clearly listed on site.
I was very careful about securing the PERFECT image for the puzzle. I made sure I cropped and crimped the image to perfection. The resolution was given 5 stars. I used my iPad to take a beautiful photo and uploaded it. I saved the image and applied it. What da you know?When I received the box of puzzle pieces—-unecessary data like the time stamp, screenshot information, date I took the photo was ALL part of the image! I was so OUTDONE! I will NEVER use them again! They were cheaper than the company I have used in the past and I thought I was getting a good deal. Goes to show you:YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
DO NOT ORDER from this companyWe bought a 50$ puzzle and were charged 25$ in fees by UPS. There was never any mention of this throughout the order, and they never even sent an invoice or an order confirmation. They refuse to reimburse anything. Do not buy.
Best Customer Service ever! I bought a custom puzzle with my family's picture in it for Christmas. When put it together noticed, one piece was missing. I contacted the company by email, told them that a piece was missing, AND also told them about a mistake that I had made when typing the date on the face of the puzzle and another error that had happened when puzzle was made. They responded quickly, made all corrections and sent me a new perfect identical puzzle!! Thank you for the excellent customer service!!!
Created and gave this puzzleYOU puzzle to my wife for Christmas. I'm a web developer and designer (so plenty or graphics experience). Their website puzzle creator was pretty poor and lacking. I create my image via Photoshop instead. Anyway, that was not the problem. My wife who does most 1000 pieces puzzles in 2 or 3 weeks (about 20 hours) spent two weeks and could not even get the frame done. To many piece fit perfectly together but did no go together (yeah, one of those). Wasted $30 (with shipping), plus time and frustration.
I bought the X-large for my wife for Christmas. She loved it. might have been her favorite gift. it was a collage of 12 pics of our kids and grandkids. the picture quality was excellent. better than I thought it would be. I used high Rez photos and edited them to enhance before putting into puzzle. quality of the cardboard and cutting also good. the larger size made it easier to see the details in each photo since they didn't have to be so small. website was easy to use.
Good Quality Product! Making an ordering the puzzle was very easy. You're kept in the loop as far as communications and when you should receive your puzzle. The pieces are VERY sturdy and not easily bent. My granddaughter loves puzzles and this was a special gift for her. It was my favorite picture of the two of us and the quality of the picture was amazing. I definitely recommend this product.
