Great stuff

All great! Bought a bike & a pista handlebar. Both were over my expectations. Thank you so much!

Flawless bikes, parts & service, at the right price

Firstly, the bike's a pure joy to ride. Roughly half my rides, someone talks to me just to admire it!Ordered a crankset (due to heavy use, not a fault), impressed by price, communication & delivery (time & collection options). Quella know what they're doing, and they're doing it bloody well.

Quella EVO

Here is an update after a few months, about 600-700km:I swapped the handlebar, stem, brake levers and brakes for cheap brand name parts, a big difference in performance now! Much better modulation and easier to press the levers, they don't "hang" anymore, and brakes close as soon as I press the levers. The old brake pads were almost worn out.The rear rim has the paint worn out a bit, and it rarely squeaks, but the paint on the front is still going strong! Squeaks just the same, I will try to sand off the paint. The angled mid-fork eyelet is a problem. I tried to mount a front rack on it, and I can't get it to be straight, it's visible when you see the wheel beneath it and there is about 2-3 degrees difference. I will try again with some spacers, but I'm not sure I can install it straight unless I tighten it too much and damage the mounting plate.I swapped the tires for cheap 35c that actually measure 33 mm, and the clearance is pretty tight. I will try another brand later, it seems the chainstay clearance favors rounder, pointier tires, not flat ones.Other than these, with good brakes, levers and kit, the bike is fun to ride around town, no complaints, it looks cool and it's what I wanted, I would give it a solid 5/5. Original:Quella Evo arrived yesterday. Assembly is easy, the frame and fork look and ride really nice, reasonable weight. The steel frame is comfortable and soaks up bumps nicely, BUT:- the handlebar, stem, seatpost are very low quality, and they have a high gloss black finish, making the handlebar slip - you have to really, really tighten the stem.- the wheelset and crankset are similar, they don't spin as smooth as expected (maybe after a period of riding it will be better)- the biggest gripe is the brakes and levers, they are cheap and braking is horrible. The wheels braking surface is NOT machined, but painted with the same glossy black finish, at the moment the brakes squeak really bad, barely stop, and the finish is already starting to vanish as black dust. I will fine tune the brakes in the future to see if they can improve- the front wheel is already out of true, after 5km. this never happened to me before, even after buying the cheapest road wheelset I could get. I don't expect weight savings or looks at this price, but sturdiness, and they do not deliver.- not sure about the advertised tire clearance of 35c. Plenty of room with the stock 25c tires, I think 30c will be ok, but anymore is pushing it, as in a couple of mm or less is not enough for some dirtier conditions (it will get messy). Will test with CX tires.- the front fork has mid-eyelets, one of them is at a slight angle

Quella Evo with Custom Paint

Loved the retro simplistic styling of the Quella Evo after seeing pictures of one online and decided I had to buy one. I wasn't disappointed!.The guys at Quella were very helpful and prompt in dealing with my questions and a few weeks ago I took delivery of a beautiful custom sprayed RAL3001 Red Evo. I have now done over 300 miles on this bike and it is a pleasure to ride (even on my daily commute into work!). The gearing seemed tough initially but it is getting easier as my fitness improves. Quella definitely get a thumbs up from me.

Very good product but slightly different from picture

I ordered a set of wheels which arrived on time but they were sligtly different from the one depicted on the website. The one I received are still good looking, but instead of black spokes and hub they had silver ones. Packaging and shipping were perfect.

Really bad for parts!

I bought a bike from quella I was very impressed at first but the brakes on the bike did not work properly no matter how hard I press them they do not stop the wheels properly, recently I buckled my front wheel and they do not sell individual wheels you have to buy a set that will cost over £120
