Ordered a cup from this lady thinking it was a genuine buisness…I was wrong…when trying to customise my cup on the live the glitter colours I wanted were completely ignored and instead the viewers picked! I didn’t mind the colours too much so thought it’d be okay but became more concerned when Rachel started making sexual jokes and wiping her face and then touching my cup, extremely unprofessional! I recieved my cup a week late and it only gets worse…there was cat hair stuck to the cup as well as finger prints, I know the cup can be washed but it’s absolutely disgusting for someone claiming to be a legit business to sell a dirty cup I could buy a second hand cup and it’ll be in better condition than this. Tried to send an email but I’ve been ignored and I’m now blocked from her lives. Really unhappy, her customer service skills are non existent.
No sanitation whatsoever, sat on the floor too psck orders where she'd been walking barefoot and her animals who she herself has admitted have worms are walking round whilst she's packing orders. Uses her mouth to break tape instead of Scissors. Has the cats all over her work station where she has products eith no sanitation. Constantly wiping her nose and sweaty face with her hands then touches products without washing hands. Sells orders before she has the stock without knowing wether stock is damaged or not
Ordered a cup from rachel and honestly I've not seen anything like it. You woukd get a cleaner cup off the streets. Cat hair all over the lid the straw was covered in finger marks and grease. Her customer service is awful you make a complaint and she blocks you. So many sexural comments which are totally inappropriate for a business targeting familys ect. Will not be ordering again and will be telling others to stay away
This woman is a prolific scammer. Please be careful who you are buying off. Her cats are in desperate need of spaying, she knew how much this operation was needed and played into peoples love of animals and scammed money for the entire operation for both cats then spent the money (gf confirmed this). Cats still not been spayed and in constant pain. Talking of the cats, Rachel has confirmed they have had an issue with worms the entire time she has owned them and she can’t get rid of them (worms seen hanging out of bums on the lives) these cats are constantly around the cups. I hate to think how many homes have been infected due to her unsanitary practices.
UPDATE : NOW CALLED HOLY COW CUSTOMS I went on to Rachelscupcustoms tiktok page as I was going to order a cup. She sat and laughed about picking her bottom and how her cats had worms and stated on live she had her woman thing on.She allowed her cat to walk over her desk where cups were being made. I took my custom elsewhere. She has a desk hoover for hoovering up glitter and calls it Gary. Shocking behaviour beware! Update: I ordered cup from another seller on TikTok and the difference in customer interaction and service was like night and day.
Rachel skinner is one to avoid, lacks customer service, no hygiene to the business at all, has cats with worms walking all over her stuff. Talks to people rudely and blocks any negative comments. Constantly seen wiping her sweat away with her clothes and then touching products without cleaning her hands wipes her hands through her sweaty hair or touching her nose and then carrying on. Absolutely disgusting business owner. And when things are missing from orders she blames her suppliers who are temu, shein, ali express and home bargains. Talks very inappropriately on an app that statts from 13 years old and not to mention all the abuse shes given to disabled people and people of different races. All has been documeted on her lives for people to see. Avoid this womens company like the plague
Please avoid at all costs she doesn't respond to emails my parcel arrived and the box was open where she only secured the box with thank you tape . The decals have fallen off . I have tried to contact this woman many times but she doesn't reply to anyone .
