Our Airbnb wasn't available until later in the day and we decided to go sightseeing in Barcelona.We booked and paid for storage for a bags and the location was provided.Except there was NO storage facility. The pin was in the middle of an apartment complex and there were two businesses adjacent to the apartments. So we asked employees at both businesses if they knew where the facility was?Both said they never heard of the facility.Even better, the only way to contact Radical Storage through the app was to email support. It's now hours later and there is no response.We had to find another facility and pay AGAIN to store our bags.Avoid at all costs and only store at legitimate lockers with an address and physical location that is a available for inspection BEFORE you whip out your debit/credit card!
I was a bit apprehensive about using this service when we looked online, but it was a little cheaper than using the service in waterloo, this based within a store, the staff was friendly, took plenty if photos off my bag and then stored them away in a locked storage room. Collected bags several hours later, with no issues at all. Would definitely use this service again, thankyou
I was worried about leaving my bags in a small shop that I had found on the internet.But they were helpful and efficient. I was able to leave my bags there without having to queue etc. It is 2 mins from Gare du Nord, so worth the extra walk.In my anxiety, I bought a lock and the insurance, but the staff were friendly and everything was as I had left it.
