Bad experience

Bad experience. I went on the website looking for storage at Cardiff central train station. I picked the location that I needed, which was Cardiff central station. I went through payment and only then I was given a completely new location 10min walking distance from the station. That’s not what I thought I was paying for. It was misleading and I was given false information. Why would you reveal location only after payment? I specifically thought I am paying to store my bag at the station, not somewhere else! I ended up not using their service as it wasn’t convenient.

Safe and convenient

It's a guest house conveniently located nearby Seoul station (towards the airport train, exit 15). The only problem is the stairs, very narrow and if you have a big luggage be strong and prepared. No elevator available.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. I was quite worried at first because the location is in a mini market but my bags were so well taken care of. I wish the airport would be as careful!
