The location was hard to find and when I found it it was closed! It took a while before I got in touch with someone at Radical storage and I was told to pay for a new location. They said I would get a refund within 5 workingdays but that has not happend as of yet. I even see they have taken money a total of four times while I only used the service twice. I'm truly disappointed because it has cost me a lot of time and money. And also a lot of hassle and frustration.

Basically it’s a walking wardrobe where everyone can freely go in and out.I’ve raised my concerns to radical storage on their safety procedures customer service. Clearly they are not in touch with the operation team as it came as a surprise for them.They offer a guarantee for 2-3usd but don’t have clear guidelines on what it protects, how you can raise a claim etc. They shared instead the legal wording of their terms and conditions , around 100pages that only a lawyer or well versed English speaker can figure out the procedureVery unprofessional firm
